A Two-Day Watercolour Workshop with Juanita Olson
Dates: April 1 & 2, 2023
Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day
Location: The Lion’s Den, Comox, BC
Cost: $110 (PEG members) $135 (non-members)

- Fees are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled.
Register in person at the Pearl Ellis Gallery, 1729A Comox Ave., Comox, BC with cash, debit or credit card, or phone in with credit card. Gallery hours are noon to 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.
Soon after registering you will be emailed a course outline and a detailed list of items needed
to complete your masa paper project.

Workshop Outline
Day One:
Mount masa paper onto your canvas.
Leave your prepared canvas to dry overnight.
Practice the technique of painting on masa paper on a small prepared canvas that I will provide.
Day Two:
Commence sketching/transferring and painting on your own prepared, dried, and mounted masa paper.
I say "commence" because you will probably need more time to finish - unless you want to stay until your painting is complete. Be warned, I turn the lights out at midnight.
