We are now accepting entries for the 2018/2019 Schedule.

The Library has room for 4 pieces of 2 Dimensional art — paintings, textiles, or photographs for 3-month exhibits.

The wall behind the desk can accommodate a very large work. The remaining 3 spots can accommodate smaller works but they should not be much less than 12 x 16 inches.

As individuals sign up for the showcase their names will be put on the web reserving those times they submit. First come, first serve... and you can book one date for the year and your name will also be put on a wait list if somebody backs out or if a date is not filled.…

Cloutier Matthews offices in Courtenay – If you are interested in hanging art work in their offices for a 3month period you can contact the gallery. They will take nine artworks and pay the gallery a fee for having art in their office. This is a money making project for the gallery. Artists will be asked to sign a waiver for insurance while the art is on display.
