Pelle Campbell

Board of Directors

Pelle Campbell moved to the Comox Valley in 2019, after growing up in Victoria. He works as an Intern Architect at MacDonald Hagarty Architects in Comox, where he has been working to become a registered architect since 2021, and he joined the Fire Service at Comox Fire Rescue in 2020 where he is currently a volunteer firefighter and serves on the Fundraising Committee. Pelle studied civil engineering at Queen's University for his bachelor's degree, before moving to Chicago to study Architecture at Illinois Institute of Technology.

Pelle grew up in an artistic home, his mother being an artist herself, and while having no formal education in art, he is an avid collector and enthusiast of contemporary art and student of art history. His mother, Kristina owns Artful: The Gallery in Comox, and he has been involved with show hanging and attending gallery events. He is looking forward to bringing his experience both personally and professionally to the board at Pearl Ellis Gallery.
