Pam Stapleton
Pam grew up in the Kerrisdale area of Vancouver, B.C. At 19, she left the Coast and moved to Lake Louise, Alberta, finding comfort in the majesty of the mountains, for which she has an abiding love and respect. Life in the Rockies was a perfect fit. After seven years at various ski resorts in Western Canada, the allure of ski hill life had run its course, drawing Pam to Kelowna, B.C., where she began her career in accounting and raised her family.
Pam’s passion for painting began in the early 90’s. However, demands of her advancing career in accounting and raising her family made it impossible to advance her artistic career professionally. Turmoil in the forest industry inspired Pam to shift her focus once again to the canvas.
Pam’s love for the environment is reflected in her vibrant paintings, which portray nature's delicate beauty with the finesse of a talented enthusiast.
Pam currently resides in Comox, B.C.
