Description: In this class, Susan will demonstrate how to mount and seal watercolour paintings on cradled boards, how to use watercolour ground to enable painting onto canvas (or any other surface), and a few other money-saving framing ideas from ready-made frames with mats to scroll holders. Please note that the location for this demo is in Pearl Ellis Gallery, not the Lion's Den.
Instructor: Susan Sarada is a watercolour, acrylic and encaustic artist who enjoys saving money! She has studied with instructors all over the world and taught watercolour while living in the Middle East. She endeavours to keep a lively atmosphere in her classes while sharing as much information as possible.
